Software License

Purchasing a software product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the license purchased.

Ownership of the software remains with Kirkwood & Olney.

User Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for all activity occurring under their accounts.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the software
• Redistribute software without authorization
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Violate applicable laws while using the software

Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance and updates may occasionally require temporary downtime.

Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, documentation, and website content remain the property of Kirkwood & Olney unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

KOMatrix Suite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software or website.

Changes
